Job Description Candidates must be experienced and certified on a forklift and able to fulfill the following requirements: Receive and unload inbound shipments of warehoused food products using a stand-up forkliftSort, stage, and place products in the appropriate storage areasEfficiently and accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areasPrepare completed pallets of product for shipping, to include stacking, packaging/repackaging, shrink wrapping and labeling, and move product to assigned locationAccurately load outbound containers, shipments to meet customer demandsVerify product, lot numbers and quantities of orders to ensure accuracyReport damages or discrepancies to supervisionPerform assembly of palletized products per customer requirementsHave basic knowledge or experience in software applications, WMS, YMS Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED6+ months of experience working in a warehouse environmentPrevious Standup Forklift Experience or Forklift Certification requiredPrevious Slip Sheet Operator Certification preferred Additional Qualifications General mathematic skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to learn and use RF equipmentClamp Experience a plusAbility to work overtimeAbility to adapt to change in the workplaceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift 70 poundsAbility to constantly walk, bend and liftPerform all work duties in a safe manner and support and participate in all daily safety activitiesRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the jobAbility to work independently to complete assigned duties Batory Foods in an equal opportunity employer which considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status or any other characteristic protected by law.
