Fork Lift Operator (Receiving Associate)

About the role

As a Receiving Associate, you’re the MVP behind the scenes. You’ll load, unload, organize, and prepare vending machines so they’re ready for their next adventure. You make sure every machine is handled safely, tracked accurately, and moved with purpose. Without you? Things don’t move. With you? Everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vending machines from delivery trucks.
• Pull and prep machines for:
  • Customer Orders
  • Evaluations
  • Conversions
  • Scrap
• Safely stack, store, and organize machines in the warehouse.
• Transport machines throughout the facility using the proper equipment.
• Perform accurate data entry and scanning.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Assist with general facility maintenance when needed.

Requirements

• Warehouse or receiving experience (helpful but not required).
• Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
• A strong focus on safety and doing things the right way.
• Attention to detail — you notice the little things.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs).
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and staying active throughout your shift.
• Ready to thrive in a warehouse environment.
