Foreperson - Construction - Utility Crew

About the role

Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary and integral part of CRH, is seeking a Foreperson - Construction - Utility Crew.

Responsibilities

• Experience with all aspects of road construction (paving, milling, dirt work).
• Operate road construction equipment (skid steer, paver, roller).
• Lead and manage work crew.
• Train new hires and coordinate training.
• Collaborate between all lines of business to execute each job.

Requirements

• $28.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
• Annual increase potential OT after 8 hours.
• Paid Time Off.
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited!

Qualifications
