Foreman Telecom Underground

At C-2 Utility Contractors, LLC, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse

Pay

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour

This position is designated as safety-sensitive and is exempt from Washington state law related to pre-employment testing for marijuana. You will be subject to pre-employment testing for marijuana and its metabolites.
