Foreman Telecom Construction Equipment

About the role

You will lead crews to meet project timelines, safely operate and control assigned equipment, assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities, and ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations. You’ll also maintain production notes and DOT paperwork, operate heavy equipment, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience (preferred)
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience (preferred)

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level
• Work at heights and in confined spaces
• Operate vehicle and heavy machinery
• Squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs
• Lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
