Foreman Telecom Construction Equipment

About the role

As an Equipment Foreman on the Telecom Construction team at Lambert's Cable, you will oversee crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule while managing equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, and complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience (preferred).
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous foreman experience (preferred).

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Operate vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Squeeze, perform fine hand motions, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds.
• Occasionally use ladders, keyboard, and mouse.
