Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise structural concrete construction activities.
- Lead crews performing formwork, reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, finishing, and curing operations.
- Interpret structural plans, shop drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate bridge construction activities including foundations, columns, caps, abutments, wingwalls, decks, and retaining walls.
- Ensure proper layout, dimensions, elevations, and alignment of structural elements.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain daily reports documenting manpower, equipment, production, and project progress.
- Identify and resolve field issues affecting safety, quality, schedule, or productivity.
- Ensure proper concrete placement, consolidation, finishing, and curing practices are followed.
- Train and mentor crew members in safe and efficient construction methods.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of heavy civil structural construction experience as a structure foreman.
- Solid understanding of bridge construction, concrete formwork, reinforcing steel, and structural concrete placement.
- Ability to read and interpret structural plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of concrete quality control and inspection requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred.

- Absolutely ensure all work is completed in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to walk uneven terrain and active construction sites.
- Ability to climb ladders, work around heavy equipment, and access elevated work areas.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and night shifts as required by project schedules.
