Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Service management on hiring processes and ensure proper staffing to meet customer needs.
- Ensure team members receive proper training through established programs to perform their roles effectively.
- Work with peers to discuss successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify growth potential for employees and future leaders.
- Approve direct report schedules and ensure coverage during employee days off.
- Review work orders for accuracy, including proper pictures and descriptions from technicians.
- Act as a primary contact to the Service Manager and cascade information to the service team.
- Conduct daily quality and efficiency meetings with external teams for quick and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to establish and achieve monthly service sales goals.
- Create a daily game plan for the external silo and teams to ensure workloads are met.
- Set and track weekly and monthly goals for all technicians within the external silo.
- Execute the Keep You Camping™ program, ensuring full compliance among team members.
- Assist with escalated customer complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction during resolution.
- Set a customer-centric culture and uphold team standards.
- Oversee the display and aesthetics of the external silo to meet customer expectations.
- Perform quality control checks on units after repairs are completed by technicians.
Requirements
- Prior experience within the RV, Automotive, or Powersports industry as a technician or dispatcher.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
