About the role

Misc Metals Foreman oversees the day-to-day operations of a metal fabrication shop. This includes supervising a team of workers, managing projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of metal fabricators and welders
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients and other departments
• Oversee quality control processes to maintain product standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or construction management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
