Foreman - Irrigation Install (50523)
About the Role
We are seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise and work alongside a Landscape Construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. This position will direct projects from start to finish, including overseeing employees, equipment, and materials needed for irrigation install projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervising and directing irrigation techs and crew members in completing projects
- Accountable for hours spent on projects vs. budgeted hours
- Planning and scheduling equipment and materials needed on irrigation projects
- Tracking project changes and coordinating with the project manager for change order requests
- Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with the work safety program
- Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and managed
- Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform irrigation duties
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid US driver’s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Report review (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation
- Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of blueprints
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Irrigation certification or ability to obtain certification
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
