We are seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with our quality standards in mind. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for landscape construction crew
- Coordinate the equipment and materials needed for each project
- Supervise and train crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
- Maintain project schedules and complete landscape construction projects within deadlines
- Oversee quality control on job sites
- Safely operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
- Load/unload cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
- Read landscape plans and provide landscape material layouts
- Perform daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
- Ensure equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
