About the role

DynaServ is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Ground Maintenance Specialist. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor amenities according to company standards and client specifications.
• Perform regular inspections and repairs to ensure property conditions meet safety and aesthetic standards.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of landscaping projects, including planting, pruning, and mulching.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and restocked as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles and horticulture practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
