Foreman - Detail thermoplastic

About the role

The successful candidate will lead thermoplastic pavement marking crews, ensuring the quality and accuracy of detailed pavement markings. This role requires expertise in the application of thermoplastic materials and strong leadership capabilities to manage teams effectively on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of thermoplastic pavement marking crews
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Cookordination with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Mentor crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Deliver high-quality pavement marking services that enhance road safety and traffic efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in thermoplastic pavement marking or a related field
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in managing pavement marking crews
• In-depth knowledge of thermoplastic materials, application techniques, and industry standards
• Able to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and layouts accurately
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
