Essential Duties
- Manages projects from “blueprints to completion” (including time lines)
- Plans, schedules, and orders material and/or equipment
- Develops project layouts and translates blueprints information into actual work
- Schedules and coordinates people and resources
- Measures effectiveness and productivity of project
- Ensures a safe working environment and well-being of associates
- Train and develop associates
- Track and document project status daily
Qualifications
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Critical Thinking, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail
- Experience in managing a construction crew
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction- dry wall, ceilings, and/or flooring preferred
- Ability to read blue prints and specs
- Ability to lead and influence peers and clients
- Proficient math, and computer skills
