Foreman

What You Will Be Doing

• Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.
• Crew will be tasked with both drainage and grading responsibilities.
• Manages a crew made up of operators and laborers.
• Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment.
• Requests materials needed for scope of work.
• Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.

Pay

Salary Min USD $45.00/Hr. Salary Max USD $45.00/Hr.

Schedule

Some flexibility in shifts, possibility of switching between day and night shift.
