About the role
Responsible for overseeing asphalt construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise a team of asphalt workers
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulations
- Oversee material procurement and logistics
- Communicate project progress and issues to superiors
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in asphalt construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of asphalt mixing and laying techniques
- Experience with project management software
