Foreign Disclosure Representative
Position Description
Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems.
Supports the development and implementation of disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release.
Reviews program documentation prior to release to foreign governments.
Develops documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy.
Provides analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development.
Maintains compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develops required documentation for future phases of international programs.
Coordinates engineering reviews of data for release to foreign nationals.
Assists in resolving disclosure questions and issues.
Oversees tracking and ensures quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals.
Supports management of foreign national visits.
Develops, manages, and staffs Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs).
Provides assistance and support in the management of Export Licenses Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases.
Develops, participates in, and/or provides International Programs Security training and awareness.

Pay
The projected salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
