About the role
Latitude is seeking experienced attorneys for two part-time opportunities supporting real estate and foreclosure matters throughout South Carolina. One opportunity is a contract engagement, and the other is a direct hire.
Responsibilities
- Supporting real estate and foreclosure matters throughout South Carolina
- Participating in court appearances and hearings
- Independently managing matters and court appearances
- Handling a mix of contract engagements and direct hire roles
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in South Carolina
- 5+ years of experience in foreclosure, eviction, and real estate litigation; bankruptcy experience is a strong plus
- Ability and willingness to travel for in-person hearings and other court appearances throughout South Carolina
- Strong time-management, attention to detail, professional judgment, and communication skills
- Outstanding professional references

Pay
- Part-Time Eviction & Real Estate Litigation Attorney - Contract Engagement: Approximately $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- Part-Time Foreclosure Associate Attorney - Direct Hire: Approximately $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
- Part-Time Eviction & Real Estate Litigation Attorney - Contract Engagement: Approximately 15-25 hours per week
- Part-Time Foreclosure Associate Attorney - Direct Hire: Approximately 20-25 hours per week
Location
- Hybrid - primarily remote with in-person hearings and trials throughout South Carolina
