Foreclosure Associate - Philly

About the role

The Foreclosure Associate is responsible for managing the foreclosure process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the foreclosure process, including initiating legal proceedings and communicating with borrowers.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to courts and other relevant parties.
• Communicate with borrowers to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure all actions comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals involved in the foreclosure process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, real estate, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate or legal field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of local and state foreclosure laws and regulations.
