About the role

The Ford Tech role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greenville–Washington, North Carolina area.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on Ford vehicles, following manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles, identify mechanical and electrical issues, and complete work orders efficiently.
• Document all services performed in a clear and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure timely repairs and a positive experience for every customer.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace, use appropriate tools and equipment, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with Ford technology and service procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles using manufacturer procedures and service information.
• Familiarity with automotive tools, equipment, safety practices, and shop procedures in a dealership or professional repair environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document work accurately and communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Commitment to continuous learning, including participation in Ford training programs or ASE certification pathways.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive training or technical school education is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work full time on-site and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
