Responsibilities

  • Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
  • Test-driving vehicles and validating repairs
  • Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
  • Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
  • Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
  • Supporting additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Ford Technician required
  • Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
  • Manufacturer ASE Certifications preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
