About the role
The World Class Automotive Group, part of the Randall Reed family of dealerships, is currently seeking talented individuals to join their team. They are expanding rapidly through dealership acquisitions and business growth, necessitating the hiring of quality technicians at all levels, from Apprentice to Master.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and solutions
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive service is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Passion for customer service and satisfaction
