What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, chat, and digital sales inquiries
- Build rapport with prospective customers and provide an exceptional first impression
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and help drive showroom traffic
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Work closely with sales managers and product specialists to maximize lead conversion
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Previous sales, customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
