Role Responsibilities
- Finalize all lubrication services, filter changes, tire rotations and tire repairs.
- Complete detailed inspection of the customer's car. (i.e., check additional fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure).
- The Technician will inform the Service Advisor of all necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that the customer's vehicle is maintained. The Technician will notify the Service Advisor of any changes to the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
- Maintain an organized shop area by guaranteeing all equipment is in proper working order, especially lifts.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform work as outlined in the Technician's Repair Order in accordance with the dealership and factory regulations.
- The Technician must communicate with the Shop Foreman and Parts Department to acquire necessary parts.
Employee Prerequisites
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Technician knowledge/experience preferred.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay is based on experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is essential.
