Role Responsibilities

  • Finalize all lubrication services, filter changes, tire rotations and tire repairs.
  • Complete detailed inspection of the customer's car. (i.e., check additional fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure).
  • The Technician will inform the Service Advisor of all necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure that the customer's vehicle is maintained. The Technician will notify the Service Advisor of any changes to the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
  • Maintain an organized shop area by guaranteeing all equipment is in proper working order, especially lifts.
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform work as outlined in the Technician's Repair Order in accordance with the dealership and factory regulations.
  • The Technician must communicate with the Shop Foreman and Parts Department to acquire necessary parts.

Employee Prerequisites

  • Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
  • Technician knowledge/experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay is based on experience.
  • Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is essential.
  • Flexible schedule
