Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and technicians, coordinating service appointments and updates.
• Provide accurate estimates and schedule mobile service visits efficiently.
• Communicate service options, timelines, and costs clearly to customers.
• Manage service documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of Ford vehicles and service procedures to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage appointments remotely.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and service management software.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the local service area as needed.

Pay

Competitive compensation between $4,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month, paid monthly.
