Is This Role for You?
This role is ideal if you are a highly experienced Ford technician who enjoys teaching as much as turning wrenches. You should know Ford vehicles inside and out, understand diagnostics, repair procedures, and Ford's technical resources, and have the ability to teach others to perform repairs correctly. If you take pride in developing technicians and want to make a lasting impact on a dealership's service department, we want to hear from you.
