The Young Automotive Group is growing again and offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified Master Technician candidates. We are seeking an expert technician to join a high‑performing, well‑equipped service team in a fast‑paced, modern shop. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, working with cutting‑edge technology, hybrid and electric systems, and receiving tools, support, manufacturer training, and access to the Center of Excellence for ongoing skill development. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models using cutting-edge technology
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Work with advanced automotive systems, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology
• Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred but not required)
• Ford, Dodge, or equivalent manufacturer certified Master Level Technicians
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
