Ford Master Technician
We are seeking a Ford Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team! This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship. Only Master Technicians with Ford or Lincoln experience need apply!

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
- Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Complete Required Courses: Finished all required courses in one specialty (gasoline, diesel, drivetrain, or chassis)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Master Mechanic certification or ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician at a Ford or Lincoln Dealership
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and specialized automotive repair software
- Completion of trade school certificate program or mechanic training program (preferred)
- Physical stamina and basic computer skills.
