Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Complete quality inspections
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience required
- Ford certification preferred
- ASE certifications a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Personal tools required
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay
- $60,000 – $180,000 annually, based on flat rate performance
- Flat rate performance incentives based on production
