Ford Diesel Technician

Responsibilities

• Detect and resolve issues with diesel engine systems, including fuel injection, electrical, and emission control.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle problems.
• Create and maintain detailed service records and communicate findings to customers and service advisors.
• Absolutely adhere to all safety regulations and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient and high-quality vehicle repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or equivalent role.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of diesel engines, electronic diagnostic systems, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Preferred with valid driver’s license and relevant certifications.
