Ford Certified Service Technician

About the role

Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach is seeking an experienced Ford Certified Technician to join their busy and growing service department. The ideal candidate will have Ford Certification or strong experience with Ford vehicles, previous dealership experience is preferred, and must possess strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and Ford-specific systems
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors
• Stay up to date on Ford training and certifications
• Deliver efficient, high-quality work to keep customers safely on the road

Requirements

• Ford Certification required (or strong experience with Ford vehicles)
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
