  • ASE certification, Ford training, dealership experience, or technical school training is a plus, but not required for every role.
  • Strong work ethice, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to safely use shop tools and equipment; diagnostic tool experience is preferred for advanced technician opportunities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift parts and tools as needed and work in a fast-paced dealership service environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience, skill level, and performance.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Training and advancement through mentorship, certification support, and growth within Murgado Automotive Group.
  • Discounts on vehicles, parts, and services.

At Murgado Ford of Chicago, we want technicians to build long-term careers—not just find their next job. You’ll work in a professional dealership service department with support from a team that values quality workmanship, growth, and customer service.
