Ford Automotive Technician - Lancaster County

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40-hour work week)
• Saturday, 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM (every 3rd Saturday)

Compensation

We guarantee to offer an additional 10% over your current income.

• We pay 20% more hourly rate for all warranty work
• We pay our technicians for every MPI performed

Performance Requirements

• Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking, supporting documentation, and ability to follow a process without supervision
• Effective communicator – verbally and written
• Driven to maintain 90% proficiency and above

Facility

The facility is located in Willow Street, Pennsylvania (Lancaster County). The shop features the following and more:

• Brand new dealership – built 1 year ago from the ground up
• Air-conditioned shop
• Heated floors
• Built-in toolboxes for all technicians
• Dedicated tool room
• 13 stalls
• In-ground lifts and commercial above-ground lifts
• Brand new Hunter revolution tire changer, new Hunter hammer head road force balancer, and Zero Clearance Alignment Rack
• Built-in computers for each technician along with laptop and VCM
• Overhead reels
• Welding outlets by all bays
