Football Coach - Varsity Assistant

About the role

The Varsity Assistant Football Coach position at Tallwood High School is part-time and reports to the Principal/School Administrative Committee. The position is open from 07/09/2026 to 09/18/2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the football program curriculum
• Work closely with the head coach to support team practices and games
• Manage team equipment and facilities as needed
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience coaching high school sports preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
