Football Coach - Varsity Assistant

About the role

To assist the Head Coach in conducting a program, in a particular sport, and to help participating student athletes achieve a high level of skill and appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship. This position reports to Site Administrator, Site Athletic Director and Head Coach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for student athletes
• Work closely with the Head Coach to ensure practices and games are conducted in accordance with school policies and regulations
• Provide support to student athletes during practices and games, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote team unity and camaraderie

Requirements / Qualifications

• TB Test (Upon Job Offer)
• Fingerprints/Livescan (Upon Job Offer)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Upon Job Offer)
• NIAA Concussion Training (Upon Job Offer)
• NIAA Coaching Fundamentals (Upon Job Offer)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Or proof of college degree)
• Resume
