About the role

The Football Assistant Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of football operations at Tallwood High School. Responsibilities include assisting with game planning, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Aid in game preparation and strategy discussions
• Assist with player development and skill enhancement
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Work closely with the head coach to implement team strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with youth sports development
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Must be available during school hours

Skills

• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
