Foot & Ankle Sales Associate - Philadelphia, PA

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Representative(s) to learn the medical device industry and Foot & Ankle business.
• Cover cases in the assigned territory and promote Stryker products in assigned accounts.
• Instruct surgeons regarding product use and functionality during surgeries.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff personnel on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
• Contact customers to identify sales opportunities and develop relationships.
• Advise on appropriate product selection and answer customer questions.
• Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively.
• Assist in inventory management and building of proper inventory levels and sets.
• Acquire and process Customer Purchase Orders (POs) for invoicing.
• Market the product line to customers based on product functionality and differentiation.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings.
• Adhere to compliance and ethical standards.

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
