Foot & Ankle Sales Associate - Central Houston, TX.

What You Will Do

• Pick up cases in the assigned territory and cover marketing and promotion of the products.
• Build sets and manage inventory, and assist in converting customers to Stryker.
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and instruct surgeons on product use and functionality.
• Inform doctors, nurses, and staff about proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
• Identify and respond to the needs of new prospects, working with the assigned Sales Representative.
• Tailor Stryker’s promotional message based on customer knowledge, advise on appropriate product selection, and answer questions about product functionality.
• Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively.
• Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings.
• Maintain training in sales skills and products, market the product line, and stay updated on industry trends.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Pay

$65,000 and eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
