Foodservice Manager

Starting pay: $20.04/hr. - $22.04/hr.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with team members and provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under high-pressure situations while delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize, analyze, and create solutions for issues.
• 2+ years of foodservice management experience (preferred).
• ServeSafe Certification: currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: fulfill and oversee all tasks and duties required of team members.
• Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food and drink dispensers).
• Complete facility and equipment inspections with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
• Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
• Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely with high-temperature equipment while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
