Foodservice Manager

Starting pay: $17.95/hr. - $19.95/hr. with both career and growth opportunities.

• Interpersonal & communication skills: Engage effectively with team members and provide outstanding customer experiences through strong communication skills.
• Collected & composed: Remain calm and collected under high-pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Effective problem solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
• Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
• ServeSafe certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: Be a team player by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of team members.
• Team development: Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Facility maintenance: Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food and drink dispensers).
• Operational excellence: Complete inspections of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

Physical Requirements

This position involves:

• Frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
• Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist.
• Activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
• Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
