- Strong interpersonal & communication skills: Engage effectively with team members and provide outstanding customer experiences through clear communication.
- Ability to remain collected & composed under pressure while delivering extraordinary customer service.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize, analyze, and create solutions for issues.
- 2+ years of foodservice management experience (preferred).
- ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example: Fulfill and oversee all tasks and duties required of team members.
- Team development: Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
- Facility maintenance: Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food and drink dispensers).
- Operational excellence: Complete facility and equipment inspections with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching.
- Reaching above shoulder level and below the waist.
- Activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
- Lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely with high-temperature equipment while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
