FOOD UNIT LEAD (PART TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a part-time FOOD UNIT LEAD position at Baptist Hospital of Jackson. The position is open immediately and requires previous customer service experience. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by attending to customers' needs personally.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages according to company standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely and efficient meal service.
• Serves as a supervisor, assigning tasks and coordinating work among food-service employees.
• Trains employees and develops sanitation schedules.
• Ensures proper cash handling and orders food and supplies as needed.
• Directs and participates in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Issues written and verbal instructions to employees.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
