Food Truck Supervisor
About the role
Slows Bar Bq is seeking a Food Truck Driver and Supervisor to manage mobile operations during the summer season. This role requires a combination of commercial driving precision, staff supervision, and customer service management.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Logistics: Safe operation and navigation to and from scheduled events.
Supervision: Oversee truck staff and daily operations to ensure efficiency and brand standards.
Service & Sales: Manage the cash register/POS system and interface directly with guests.
Culinary (Preferred): Proficiency as a cook is preferred; however, candidates focused on management and front-of-house operations will be considered.
Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle and service areas are kept clean and meet health safety regulations.
Safety: Perform daily safety checks on all equipment.
Requirements
Must have an impeccable driving record.
Prior food truck experience required.
Previous experience driving large delivery vehicles and/or box trucks is required.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Exemplary time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
