Food Truck Driver and/or Cook

Responsibilities

• Drive or assist with set up and serve from the food truck at scheduled events
• Set up generator, equipment, and service window for operation
• Auxiliary in taking orders, prep, customer interaction
• Prepare and serve food items according to Tops Bar-B-Q standards
• Break down and secure the truck after service
• Maintain Cleanliness, organization, and basic inventory awareness

Experience Requirements

• Driving Position: Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage; Experience driving larger vehicles (box truck, moving truck, RV, etc.)
• Driving Position: Automatic Transmission – no CDL required
• Cook & Driving Position: Represent the brand pride and excellence with minimal supervision
• Cook & Driving: Able to lift 50lbs and work a variation of weather conditions.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems effectively.
• Team player with good communication skills and dependability
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
