Food-To-Go Cashier Server (Luby's)

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking and organizational skills, along with exceptional customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a great takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing guest orders.
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and process payments.
• Participate in Off Premise Dining as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided!
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required for cash handling positions and successful completion of Luby's Cashier Certification.
• Good organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus.
• Open to various work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs.
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk for long durations.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Team player attitude is necessary.

Qualifications

Must be able to use hands and arms for lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
