What You'll Do
- Follow standardized recipes for all meals either in a back-of-house production kitchen or a front-of-house station
- Maintain a clean work environment following HACCP standards and health codes
- Set up assigned work station or stations including receiving and storage of supplies
- Assist cooks and bakers by performing routine food preparation tasks
- Trim and slice cooked meats and cheeses
- Clean and process raw vegetable and fruits
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends & holidays
- Ability to understand and implement OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards and use resources responsibly, and recognize and minimize waste
- Maintain a static position for extended periods of time
- Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs

Work Schedule
- Sunday - Monday: 12:30PM to 9:00PM
- Tuesday - Wednesday: Off
- Thursday - Saturday: 12:30PM to 9:00PM
- This is a year-round, 40 hour per week position
Hourly Rate: $19.09-$20.25
