Responsibilities
- Accurate inventory of all food and paper products.
- Placing supply orders through preferred vendors ensuring that deliveries and stock are accurate.
- Maintaining a log for the random temps of refrigerated stock.
- Adhering to policy and procedures regarding FIFO.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prefer 2 years of institutional food service experience.
- Prefer 2 years of Stock or receiving warehouse experience.
