Food Services Leader

About the role
Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers, be self-motivated, and ready to assist managers with tasks that keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This person will be knowledgeable of store operations and Pilot Company’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and general restaurant operations
- Maintain a customer-focused culture
- Assist managers with tasks to ensure smooth facility operations
- Interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills
- Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check required
Pay
Starting between: $14.95 - $22.22 per hour
