About the role
Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to customer needs, be self-motivated, and assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This role requires knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and general restaurant operations
- Maintain a customer-focused culture through exceptional service
- Assist managers with tasks to ensure smooth facility operations
- Interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills
- Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
Pay
Starting between: $14.20 - $21.10 per hour
