Food Services Assistant Manager

Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team at our Pecos Pit Stop location. This position supports daily operations of the store's food service program, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, sanitation, and team performance. This role assists the Convenience Store Manager in overseeing staff, executing merchandising and production plans, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, and driving sales growth. The Food Service Assistant Manager serves as a hands‑on leader who helps create a positive, efficient, and customer‑focused environment. Diversified Management Group, Inc. Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the food service program
• Ensure high standards of product quality, customer service, sanitation, and team performance
• Oversee staff
• Execute merchandising and production plans
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
• Drive sales growth
• Act as a hands‑on leader to create a positive, efficient, and customer‑focused environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Enjoy a fast‑paced work environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Desire to help customers
• Ability to obtain any other applicable certifications/licensures as required
• Commitment to excellence in customer service and DMG Values
• Some weekend and holiday availability is required
